We value our employee development as one of the key to improve and expand our business. R&D (Research and Development) is Arkananta’s department focusing on improving and maintain employee capability and development. We have several in-house programs which include internal development, young technicians class and leadership programme.
ARKANANTA BASIC MECHANIC PROGRAM
ABMP is one of Arkananta’s programs to raise educated third mechanic from SLTA and STM fresh graduate. The duration of this program
is 1 year.
ARKANANTA BASIC OPERATOR PROGRAM
ABOP is one of Arkananta’s programs to educate fresh graduate from SLTA and STM for 1 year, which will resulted in a responsible and reliable heavy equipment operator.
MT is one of Arkananta’s programs, which educate fresh bachelor for the duration of 3 years, preparing them to work under Arkananta’s mid level management.
ARKANANTA TECHNICAL APPRENTICE PROGRAM
Different from ABMP, ATAP focus on educating fresh bachelors from different courses to become first mechanic for the duration of 3 years. The result of this program will be a mechanic that aware of management and have the chance to have a specialization study.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL GUIDANCE
Arkananta belief, a successful and strong company comes from the employee’s work ethic. Therefore, Arkananta design a guidance program, which provide guidance and training to enhance their mental and physical quality. The duration of these programs usually takes 1 – 2 weeks.
ARKANANTA INTERNAL DEVELOPMENT
Arkananta provide internal development program, which design and planned depends on the company needs. Arkananta also educate new employees about the importance of safety (safety training). This safety training also held multiple times to refresh the employee about the importance of safety.
